Why is Wallpaper Engine making my screen black?
The only solution is to completely exit out of Wallpaper Engine. The wallpaper type doesn't seem to matter as I've tested various different kinds. In some cases while quitting Wallpaper Engine I will have a black desktop even though I do have a regular wallpaper set. Rebooting my computer fixes this.
